Jean Ann W. Guliano

Advocating for East Greenwich, Ethics, Education Reform and Economic Sensibility

Welcome!

This site was created in support of my 2008 candidacy for Rhode Island State Representative in District 30 (East Greenwich and West Greenwich).  While I did not win the election (but did well!), I intend to keep this site active while I continue to fight for those principals that inspired me to run...

Education Reform

Government Accountability and Transparency

Ethics and Good Government

I believe in the democratic process and that we the people truly do have the power to make a difference.  As John F. Kennedy once said, "One person can make a difference, and every person should try."  I believe that.  I embrace it and will live it.

So, I will continue this website as I continue to serve my community as a member of the East Greenwich School Committee.

As for running again in 2010?    I am currently assessing how I can be most effective in advocating for East Greenwich, education reform, ethics and fiscal accountability.  Stay tuned!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me.  It was an honor to run and is an honor to serve my community.

As a numbers and statistics geek, I highly recommend this website.  It provides detailed information from the state, municipalities and school districts.  Soon to provide data on legislator donors and voting.  Thanks to William Felkner member of the Chariho School Committee for spearheading this project in true transparency.
